Maverick US nutrition guru to visit

Jerry Brunetti

Scientist and former cancer patient Jerry Brunetti has turned the US medical establishment on its head.

Following extensive research into the connection between cells, nutrition and biology he developed a diet which successfully treated and detoxified his immune system. Thirteen years after being diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and being given six months to live, Jerry is still in remission.

His maverick lectures are attended by medical practitioners, farmers and scientists across the globe.

Jerry has produced dozens of CD/DVD recordings including Diet, The Immune System and Cancer and Food As Medicine. His lectures cover topics as diverse as the connection between farming methods and cells of the body, how enzymes affect human, animal and soil fertility, the importance of vitamin D and how it’s not tumours which kill cancer patients.

“Nutrition is at the heart of physical and mental wellness” outlined Michael Goldberg, Founder and Director of The Sanctuary Byron Bay. The Sanctuary treats addiction and its associated conditions including depression, anxiety and eating disorders. “Jerry slices through rhetoric and dogma to deliver the simple facts of how we can farm and feed sustainably and consciously. It’s not spiritual, it’s not alternate, it’s simply simple. I felt it was important to share his knowledge with Australian practitioners”.

From 5pm On March 11th The Sanctuary Byron Bay will host an informal Meet and Greet at Robina on the Gold Coast, sharing a selection of nourishing organic foods. From 7 – 9pm Mr Brunetti will give an insightful and inspiring talk on holistic health.

The evening is for doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists. Tickets are free. Attendance is by invitation only, however The Sanctuary has some additional places available upon request. Enquiries to jess@sanctuarybb.com
